The Machine is designed to get Finishing No.3 (Coarse Finishing, Abrasive Grain From G60 to G150 ) or No.4 (Fine Finishing, Most Popular, abrasive grain from G180 Or above) and HL Finishing (Hairline Finishing, Characterized by Smooth and long line ).

1.a Coiling and Uncoiling System
Function
The equipment is used to clamp pinch the steel coil, open the steel coil, and realize the tension uncoiling function.Support the spindle head of the uncoiler, prevent the spindle of the uncoiler from sagging and enhance the bearing capacity of the uncoiler. A set of connecting rod mechanism driven by the cylinder pushes the support arm out, holds the uncoiler spindle, and the supporting head is a drum shaft, which can be rotated to facilitate the expansion and movement of the uncoiler.
Function
It is used to rewind the steel coil after grinding, and provides the tension of the strip steel when the unit is running.Support the winding machine spindle head, prevent the winding machine spindle force sag, enhance the winding machine bearing capacity. A set of connecting rod mechanism driven by the oil cylinder pushes the support arm out and holds the winding machine spindle. The supporting head is a drum shaft and can be rotated to facilitate the expansion and movement of the winding machine.

Grinding Heads quantity can be up to customer's requirement (I.E. It can also be 1 Bottom Grinder, + 2 Top Grinders Etc.), or one SB Grinder can be added in the end.

The grinding head adopts the design of internal and external double doors, and the inner door is all 304 stainless steel closed design to prevent the splash of emulsion and grinding chips. The layout of the emulsion pipeline inside the equipment is considered. In addition to the cooling of the grinding steel belt, the pipeline washes the inside of the grinding, so that the grinding chips can be discharged smoothly.
