Automatic vacuum loading and unloading system The loading manipulator picks up the sheet from the wooden bracket on the loading table and places it on the loading roll table. The unloading manipulator picks up the sheet from the blanking roll and places it on the blanking platform. The frame is made of stress-free welded steel structure for lateral travel. The feeding system includes: walking unit, lifting unit and vacuum grasping system. The walking unit is guided by the guide rail, and the servo motor is driven by the synchronous belt and the belt wheel. The double lifting system is guided by a linear guide rail, and the servo motor is driven by a double lifting gear and rack. The suction cup system consists of multiple sets of adjustable cross bars, on which a total of 24 vacuum suckers are installed. Each set of suction cups is controlled by a separate gas path to ensure the continuity of equipment operation. Each suction cup is connected by a spring connecting rod to ensure that there is enough buffer space for the contact between the suction cup and the workpiece. The number of suckers that need to be put into work can be selected according to the length of the plate. The transverse position of each sucker is adjustable, and the operator can adjust the position of the sucker according to the size of the plate to adapt to the special width of the plate by loosening the fixed screw head. According to the actual production needs, it can also be set to manual feeding. Vacuum pump, vacuum pressure detection switch, vacuum suction cup adopts German brand.
Function description The machine will be designed for making HL finishing to the top surface of AISI 300 & 400 series stainless steel sheet by using endless abrasives belt to achieve the uniform commercial finishing. The abrasives belt will be mounted around the contact roller and tensioningroller. After belt tensioning by pneumatic piston,the belt starts to rotate in a very low speed . An appropriate wrap angle is formed between the Billy roller and the pinch roller. The positive pressure is adjusted through the contact roller to achieve a consistent wire drawing effect. Emulsion sprayed on the sheet surface, to reduce the temperature in working area, improve the ground finishing, removed the swarf and damaged abrasives grain off the cabin.
The structure of the polishing unit Machine Frame The frame of the wire drawing machine consists of a square tube welded, annealed to remove stress, and then finished machining in the process center. The unit is fixed on the frame and is equipped with a cross beam which is anchored to the main frame. On the cross beam is mounted the contact roller with its bearings and supports, which is connected to the main motor by universal joint and a reducer. The Billyroller is opposite to the contact roller and it is anchored to the opposite structure of the polishing unit. Several couple of pinch rollers are placed at the entry and exit side of the polishing unit.
