Coil to Coil Grinding Machine (Wet Type) uses Grinding Oil or Emulsion as a Media to achieve a fine and shiny grinding effect on cold rolled stainless steel coils and it can also remove the defects on Stainless Steel Surface. The Machine is designed to get Finishing No.3 (Coarse Finishing, Abrasive Grain From G60 to G150 ) or No.4 (Fine Finishing, Most Popular, abrasive grain from G180 Or above) and HL Finishing (Hairline Finishing, Characterized by Smooth and long line ).
Coil to Coil Grinding Machine (Wet Type) is also suitable for the surface treatment of the CRM plates after pickling in Mill; it removes the minor defects and improves the quality of defected products to Qualified Material.

Standard Coil to Coil Type Grinding Machine (Wet Type) is mainly composed of a De-Coiling and Re-Coiling System, a 2 Heads Bottom Grinder, a 4 Heads Top Grinder and a 4 Head HL Grinder.
Bottom Sander is used to remove the inner stress of the Coil, to ensure coil will not get deformed after cutting.
4 Heads Top Grinder is to ensure the consistent grains from coil head to coil tail and to ensure the flexibility in grinding coils of different width.
HL Grinder can meet the high-end requirement from customer with Clear and consistent Grains.
Grinding Heads quantity can be up to customer's requirement (I.E. It can also be 1 Bottom Grinder, + 2 Top Grinders Etc.), or one SB Grinder can be added in the end.

10.The grinding head adopts the design of internal and external double doors, and the inner door is all 304 stainless steel closed design to prevent the splash of emulsion and grinding chips. The layout of the emulsion pipeline inside the equipment is considered. In addition to the cooling of the grinding steel belt, the pipeline washes the inside of the grinding, so that the grinding chips can be discharged smoothly.
