Function description
The machine will be designed for polishing bottom surface of AISI 300 & 400 series stainless steel sheet by using endless abrasives belt to achieve the uniform commercial finishing.
The abrasives belt will be mounted around the contact roll and tensioning roll. After belt tensioning by pneumatic piston and rotate the belt, the photocell starts to detect the edge of the abrasives belt, the abrasives belt will be kept on centre by the pneumatic tracking system.
Working pressure is achieved by means of precise adjustment of the Billy roll against the sheet.
Emulsion sprayed on the sheet surface, to reduce the temperature in working area, improve the ground finishing, removed the swarf and damaged abrasives grain off the cabin.

 Metal Sheet Polishing Bottom Sander Machine The drive of the sand stick and the motor is more than the belt drive, reducing the vibration coused by the ordinary belt because of the tension,which improves the smoothness of the grinding head high-speed operation.
The grinding head motor is equipped with a second-stage ABB motor,which is equipped with YASKAMA frequency control,which is characterized by low frequency and high torque andl reduces energy consumption,and the grinding head is electric-lift,and the lifting accuracy reaches IC:
The bottom steel roller is made of GRC15 high carbon steel hearing steol. It is made of high quality,high frequency quenching and fine grinding.Surface hardness of HRC58
Conveyor roller adopt cylinder control lift, air cylinder 80*25.
The high-pressure spray system of grinding fluid can effecively remove the residue the cooling plate
and the sand belt to achieve the efficient utilization of sand belt and the efficient utilization of the board
surface.

10.The grinding head adopts the design of internal and external double doors, and the inner door is all 304 stainless steel closed design to prevent the splash of emulsion and grinding chips. The layout of the emulsion pipeline inside the equipment is considered. In addition to the cooling of the grinding steel belt, the pipeline washes the inside of the grinding, so that the grinding chips can be discharged smoothly.
